Lemon essential oil
An essential oil is a highly concentrated liquid aromatic extract, naturally isolated through distillation from the aromatic-producing organs of plants (seeds, fruits, roots, bark, wood, stems, resin, leaves, flowers, etc.).
They are highly concentrated and, therefore, very active substances that must be used with caution.
Properties:
Astringent, disinfectant, revitalizing, and deodorant.
Link with the chakras:
The word chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit, the sacred language of Hinduism and Buddhism. Each of us has seven main chakras, which are known as energy centers or vortices. Balanced, the chakras harmonize all the physical, emotional, and mental functions of the body.
We can enhance the activation and balance of each chakra by working with the essential oil associated with that chakra or energy center.
